Steps

1. Cast Chandra's Ignition by paying .
2. Holding priority, cast Reverberate by paying , creating a copy of Chandra's Ignition.
3. Kalamax first and second abilities triggers.
4. Resolve the first ability, creating a copy of Reverberate.
5. Resolve the second ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself.
6. Resolve the Reverberate copy, creating a copy of Reverberate.
7. Repeat from step 3.
8. Once you have infinite copies of Reverberate and arbitrarily large Kalamax, you may resolve Chandra's Ignition, dealing infinite damage to each other creature and each opponent.
