How does this combo work?

2 | Cast a creature card by paying its mana cost. |
3 | Tidespout Tyrant triggers, returning Selvala from the battlefield to your hand. |
4 | Cast Selvala by paying . |
5 | Tidespout Tyrant triggers, returning the creature cast in step 2 from the battlefield to your hand. |
6 | Repeat. |
