Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | During the end step prior to your turn, activate Jalira by paying  , tapping it and sacrificing another creature, revealing Timestream Navigator from your library and putting it onto the battlefield. |
2 | If you don't have the city's blessing, Timestream Navigator gives you the city's blessing. |
3 | During your turn, create at least one creature token. |
4 | Activate Timestream Navigator by paying , tapping it and putting it from the battlefield onto the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one. |
5 | Activate Jalira by paying , tapping it and sacrificing another creature, revealing Timestream Navigator from your library and putting it onto the battlefield. |
6 | Repeat from step 3 each turn. |
