Steps

1. Cast Turnabout by paying .
2. Holding priority, activate Primal Wellspring by tapping it, adding .
3. Cast Narset's Reversal by paying , targeting Turnabout.
4. Primal Wellspring triggers, creating a copy of Narset's Reversal targeting the original Narset's Reversal.
5. Resolve the copy of Narset's Reversal, copying the original Narset's Reversal targeting Turnabout, and returning the original Narset's Reversal to your hand.
