How does this combo work?

2 | Cast Clockspinning with buyback by paying . |
3 | Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Teferi. |
4 | Resolve Clockspinning, returning Clockspinning to your hand. |
5 | Activate Teferi's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping up to four permanents. |
6 | Repeat. |
7 | If the four permanents can tap to produce at least , you may get infinite mana, and then use Teferi's first loyalty ability instead. |
