Steps
  1. Cast Kozilek by paying 10, triggering Kozilek.
  2. Holding priority, activate the mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least 1.
  3. Activate Lithoform's Engine's first ability by paying 2 and tapping it, copying Kozilek's trigger.
  4. Resolve the copy of Kozilek's trigger, causing you to draw four cards.
  5. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Lithoform Engine.
  6. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a mana-producing permanent.
  7. Activate the mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least 1.
  8. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a mana-producing permanent.
  9. Repeat from step 2.
Results
Infinite draw triggers. Infinite looting. Infinite self-discard triggers. Near-infinite card draw. Near-infinite mana permanents you control can produce. Near-infinite untap of permanents you control.
