How does this combo work?

3 | The Ozolith triggers, putting a number of charge counters on itself equal to the charge counters that were on Eternity Vessel. |
4 | At the beginning of your combat phase, The Ozolith triggers, moving all counters from it onto Darksteel Reactor. |
5 | Darksteel Reactor triggers, causing you to win the game. |
