Steps
  1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding .
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying , blinking Mnemonic Wall and the mana-producing permanent.
  3. When Mnemonic Wall enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker to your hand from your graveyard.
  4. Repeat.
