| All other permanents on the battlefield. | |
| Your devotion to blue is at least 6. | |
 plus enough mana to pay for commander tax, if applicable available |
Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Animate Candelabra using The Blackstaff of Waterdeep. |
2 | Cast Sakashima the Impostor by paying  plus commander tax, if applicable. Choose to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Candelabra of Tawnos that is still named Sakashima the Impostor and legendary. |
3 | Activate Nykthos by paying and tapping it, adding an amount of equal to your devotion to blue. |
4 | Activate Sakashima the Impostor by paying and tapping it, untapping Minamo and Nykthos. |
5 | Activate Minamo's second ability by paying , untapping Sakashima the Impostor. |
6 | Repeat from step 3. |
