Steps

1. Cast Time Warp by paying , causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Cast Essence Flux by paying , targeting Salvager of Secrets.
3. Orvar's first ability triggers, creating a copy of Salvager of Secrets.
4. The Salvager of Secrets token enters the battlefield, returning Time Warp from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Resolve Essence Flux, blinking the nontoken Salvager of Secrets.
6. The nontoken Salvager of Secrets enters the battlefield, returning Essence Flux from your graveyard to your hand.
7. Repeat each turn.
