Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Grinding Station by tapping it sacrificing another creature you control. |
2 | Eloise's first ability triggers, and Eloise's second ability triggers if the creature was a token. |
3 | Resolve the first trigger, creating a Clue token and a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token. |
4 | When the Clue and Thopter enter the battlefield, Grinding Station triggers twice, untapping Grinding Station. |
5 | Resolve the second trigger, if applicable, causing you to surveil 1. |
6 | Resolve the Grinding Station ability from step 1. |
7 | Repeat. |
