Iridescent Drake must be on the battlefield. Kaya's Ghostform must be on the battlefield. Carrion Feeder must be on the battlefield. Kaya's Ghostform attached to Iridescent Drake.
Steps
  1. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Iridescent Drake.
  2. When Iridescent Drake dies, Kaya's Ghostform triggers, returning Iridescent Drake from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  3. When Iridescent Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Kaya's Ghostform from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to Iridescent Drake.
  4. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability from step 1, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. Repeat.

Infinite +1/+1 counters on Carrion Feeder. Infinite death triggers. Infinite ETB. Infinite LTB. Infinite sacrifice triggers.
