Junji, the Midnight Sky must be on the battlefield. Bloodline Necromancer must be on the battlefield. Zulaport Cutthroat must be on the battlefield. Arcane Adaptation must be on the battlefield. Ashnod's Altar must be on the battlefield. "Vampire" or "Wizard" chosen with Arcane Adaptation.
Steps
  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Bloodline Necromancer, adding .
  2. Zulaport Cutthroat triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
  3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Junji, adding .
  4. Zulaport Cutthroat and Junji trigger.
  5. Resolve the Zulaport Cutthroat trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
  6. Resolve the Junji trigger, causing you to lose 2 life and to put Bloodline Necromancer from your graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
  7. Bloodline Necromancer enters the battlefield, causing you to return Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  8. Repeat.
