How does this combo work?

2 | The creature dies, triggering Liliana, causing you to draw a card. |
3 | The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token. |
4 | Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power. |
5 | Repeat. |
