Cast Bloodline Necromancer by paying 4.
2
Bloodline Necromancer enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Inalla.
3
Resolve the Bloodline Necromancer trigger, returning Ruthless Technomancer from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Ruthless Technomancer enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Inalla.

Resolve the Ruthless Technomancer trigger, causing you to sacrifice Bloodline Necromancer and create three Treasure tokens.

Activate two Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 2.

Resolve the Inalla trigger from step 4, causing you to pay 1 to create a token copy of Ruthless Technomancer with haste.

The Ruthless Technomancer token enters the battlefield, causing you to sacrifice the nontoken Ruthless Technomancer and create two Treasure tokens.

Resolve the Inalla trigger from step 2, causing you to pay 1 to create a token copy of Bloodline Necromancer with haste.
