Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Skullclamp's equip ability by paying , attaching it to a creature whose toughness is equal to one. |
2 | The creature dies as a state-based action due to having zero toughness. |
3 | Skullclamp and Pitiless Plunderer trigger. |
4 | Resolve the Skullclamp trigger, causing you to draw two cards. |
5 | The Locust God triggers twice, creating two 1/1 Insect creature tokens with flying and haste. |
6 | Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token. |
7 | Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding . |
8 | Repeat. |
