Razorkin Needlehead must be on the battlefield. Echo of Eons must be in hand. Phyresis must be on the battlefield. Phyresis attached to Razorkin Needlehead. Mana needed: if each opponent has three or more poison counters, or otherwise

Steps

1. Cast Echo of Eons by paying , causing each player to discard their hands and draw seven cards.
2. Razorkin Needlehead triggers for each card your opponents draw.
3. Resolve the first trigger, causing the opponent to get a poison counter.
4. If the opponent has ten or more poison counters, they lose the game as a state-based action.
5. Repeat from step 3 for each remaining trigger.
6. If needed, cast Echo of Eons from your graveyard for its flashback cost by paying , causing each player to discard their hands and draw seven cards.
7. Repeat from step 2.
