Steps

1. Activate Charming Scoundrel by paying , blinking it.
2. When Charming Scoundrel enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger twice.
3. Resolve both Deadeye Navigator triggers, repairing it and Charming Scoundrel.
4. Resolve both Charming Scoundrel triggers, creating two Treasure artifact tokens.
5. Activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding .
