Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Play Izzet Boilerworks. |
2 | When Izzet Boilerworks enters the battlefield, it, Curse of the Restless Dead, and Kodama of the East Tree trigger. |
3 | Resolve the Kodama of the East Tree trigger, choosing not to put anything from your hand onto the battlefield. |
4 | Resolve the Izzet Boilerworks trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand. |
5 | Resolve the Curse of the Restless Dead trigger, creating a token. |
6 | When the token enters the battlefield, Kodama triggers, putting Izzet Boilerworks from your hand onto the battlefield. |
7 | When Izzet Boilerworks enters the battlefield, it and Curse of the Restless Dead trigger. |
8 | Repeat from step 4. |
