How does this combo work?

2 | The Seat of the Synod token enters the battlefield, triggering Toggo, creating a Rock artifact equipment token. |
3 | Activate Clock of Omens by tapping the Seat of the Synod token and the Rock token, untapping Prototype Portal. |
4 | Repeat. |
