How does this combo work?
1
Activate Arcanis by tapping it, drawing three cards.
2
The Locust God triggers three times, creating three 1/1 Insect creature tokens with flying and haste.
3
Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing an Insect.
4
Arcanis triggers, untapping itself.
5
Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed Insect's power.
6
Repeat.
