How does this combo work?

2 | When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least six Treasure tokens. |
3 | Activate five Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding  . |
4 | Cast Step Through by paying  , targeting any two creatures. |
5 | Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying . |
6 | When Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Step Through, targeting Dockside Extortionist and Dualcaster Mage. |
7 | Resolve the copy of Step Through, returning Dockside Extortionist and Dualcaster Mage from the battlefield to your hand. |
