Steps
  1. Activate Mana Vault by tapping it, adding .
  2. Activate Words of Wind by paying 1.
  3. Cast Mox Opal by paying 0.
  4. Jhoira triggers, causing each player to return a permanent they control from the battlefield to their hand due to Words of Wind, with you returning Mana Vault to your hand.
  5. If you control three or more artifacts, activate Mox Opal by tapping it, adding one mana of any color.
  6. Activate Words of Wind by paying 1.
  7. Cast Mana Vault by paying 1.
  8. Jhoira triggers, causing each player to return a permanent they control from the battlefield to their hand due to Words of Wind, with you returning Mox Opal to your hand.
  9. Repeat.
