Chandra, Hope's Beacon must be on the battlefield. Time Warp must be in hand. Call to Mind must be in hand. Mystic Retrieval must be in the graveyard. You have not cast an instant or sorcery this turn. Mana needed: on each odd-numbered turn, with at most available each even-numbered turn

Steps

1. Cast Time Warp by paying , targeting yourself.
2. Chandra triggers, copying Time Warp, targeting yourself.
3. Resolve both Time Warps, causing you to take two extra turns after this one.
4. Move to your next turn.
5. Cast etiher Mystic Retrieval or Call to Mind by paying its mana cost, targeting either Call to Mind or Mystic Retrieval in your graveyard.
6. Chandra triggers, copying Call to Mind or Mystic Retrieval, targeting Time Warp.
7. Resolve both Call to Minds or Mystic Retrievals, returning Time Warp and either Call to Mind or Mystic Retrieval from your graveyard to your hand.
8. Move to your next turn.
9. Repeat.
