   Steps

How does this combo work?
1
Activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least 4.
2
Cast Rootha either from your hand or from the command zone by paying 1 plus commander tax, if applicable.
3
Cast Dramatic Reversal by paying 1.
4
Holding priority, activate Rootha by paying 2 and returning it from the battlefield to your hand, copying Dramatic Reversal.
5
Activate Twinning Glass by paying 1 and tapping it, casting Rootha without paying its mana cost.
6
Resolve the copy of Dramatic Reversal, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
7
Activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least 4.
8
Repeat from step 4.
