Steps

1. Cast Fanning the Flames for X=0 with buyback by paying , tapping Stormsplitter, and tapping Caetus.
2. Stormsplitter triggers, creating a token copy of itself.
3. Fanning the Flames resolves, returning itself to your hand.
4. Cast Fanning the Flames for X=0 with buyback by paying and tapping the token copy of Stormsplitter.
5. Both Stormsplitters trigger, creating two token copies of Stormsplitter.
6. Fanning the Flames resolves, returning itself to your hand.
7. Cast Fanning the Flames for X=0 with buyback by paying and tapping two token copies of Stormsplitter.
8. Each Stormsplitter you control triggers, creating four token copies of Stormsplitter.
9. Fanning the Flames resolves, returning itself to your hand.
10. Cast Fanning the Flames for X=0 with buyback by paying and tapping four token copies of Stormsplitter.
11. Each Stormsplitter you control triggers, creating that many token copies of Stormsplitter.
12. Fanning the Flames resolves, returning itself to your hand.
13. Cast Fanning the Flames with buyback by tapping five token copies of Stormsplitter, tapping additional copies if desired to pay for an increased value for X.
