How does this combo work?

3 | Activate Kiki-Jiki by tapping it, creating a token copy of Shipwreck Dowser with haste. |
4 | The token copy of Shipwreck Dowser enters the battlefield, returning Temporal Manipulation from your graveyard to your hand. |
5 | Repeat each turn. |
