Blue Sun's Twilight must be in hand. Dockside Extortionist must be on the battlefield. Swarm Intelligence must be on the battlefield. Salvager of Secrets must be on the battlefield. Opponents control at least eight artifacts and/or enchantments. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Cast Blue Sun's Twilight by paying , targeting Salvager of Secrets.
2. Swarm Intelligence triggers, creating a copy of Blue Sun's Twilight, targeting Dockside Extortionist.
3. Resolve the copy of Blue Sun's Twilight, creating a token copy of Dockside Extortionist.
4. The Dockside Extortionist token enters the battlefield, creating at least eight Treasure tokens.
5. Resolve the original Blue Sun's Twilight from step 1, creating a token copy of Salvager of Secrets.
6. The Salvager of Secrets token enters the battlefield, returning Blue Sun's Twilight from your graveyard to your hand.
7. Activate seven Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding .
8. Repeat.
9. Once you have infinite mana, you may instead target Salvager of Secrets and any other creature to get infinite copies of any creature on the battlefield.
