How does this combo work?

3 | Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure token. |
4 | Resolve Ghostly Flicker, blinking Kaza and Shipwreck Dowser. |
5 | When Shipwreck Dowser enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand. |
6 | Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding . |
