The Chain Veil must be on the battlefield. Ashnod's Altar must be on the battlefield. Ral Zarek must be on the battlefield. Elspeth's Talent must be on the battlefield. Elspeth's Talent attached to another planeswalker you control.
Steps
  1. Activate the planeswalker with Elspeth's Talent attached by putting two loyalty counters on it, creating three 1/1 Soldier creature tokens.
  2. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing two Soldiers, adding .
  3. Activate The Chain Veil by paying 4 and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn.
  4. Activate Ral Zarek's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, untapping The Chain Veil.
  5. Repeat.
