3 | Activate The Chain Veil by paying  and tapping it, allowing you an additional activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn. |
4 | Activate Teferi's first ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, untapping The Chain Veil and causing you to gain two life. |
5 | Repeat. |
