        Steps:
        Activate Prototype Portal by paying {0} and tapping it, creating a token copy of Seat of the Synod.
Activate the Seat of the Synod token by tapping it, adding {U}.
Activate Filigree Sages by paying {U}, untapping Prototype Portal.
Repeat.
