How does this combo work?
1
Cast Shiko either from your hand or from the command zone by paying 2 plus commander tax, if applicable.
2
When Shiko enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Another Round from your graveyard and casting a copy of it without paying its mana cost.
3
Thousand-Year Storm triggers, copying the Another Round spell at least once.
4
Resolve the first copy of Another Round, blinking Shiko.
5
When Shiko enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Pull from Eternity from your graveyard and casting a copy of it without paying its mana cost.

Thousand-Year Storm triggers, copying the Pull from Eternity spell at least twice.

Resolve all copies of Pull from Eternity, returning the original Pull from Eternity and Another Round from exile to your graveyard.

Resolve the second copy of Another Round from step 2, blinking Shiko.
