Activate two lands you control by tapping them, adding at least 1wu.

Cast Vadrok either from your hand or from the command zone for its mutate cost by paying 1wu and commander tax, if applicable, putting it under any other nonlegendary non-Human creature you control.

Vadrok triggers, casting Cackling Counterpart from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.

Kykar triggers, creating a 1/1 Spirit creature token.

Resolve Cackling Counterpart, creating a copy of the Vadrok mutated creature.
