How does this combo work?

3 | Activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying  and tapping it, copying Gideon's ability. |
4 | Resolve the copy of Gideon's ability, untapping all creatures you control and giving them +1/+1 until end of turn. |
5 | Repeat from step 2. |
