Parallax Wave must be on the battlefield. Leonin Relic-Warder must be in hand. Karmic Guide must be on the battlefield. Phyrexian Altar must be on the battlefield. Parallax Wave has at least one fade counter on it. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Cast Leonin Relic-Warder by paying .
2. When Leonin Relic-Warder enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Parallax Wave by removing a fade counter from it, exiling Karmic Guide.
4. Resolve the Leonin Relic-Warder trigger, exiling Parallax Wave.
5. When Parallax Wave leaves the battlefield, it triggers.
6. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Leonin Relic-Warder, adding one mana of any color.
7. When Leonin Relic-Warder leaves the battlefield, its second ability triggers, returning Parallax Wave from exile to the battlefield.
8. Resolve the Parallax Wave trigger from step 5, returning Karmic Guide from exile to the battlefield.
9. When Karmic Guide enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Leonin Relic-Warder from your graveyard to the battlefield.
10. Repeat from step 2.
