Mikaeus, the Lunarch must be your commander. Magnanimous Magistrate has at least one reprieve counter on it. Mana needed: plus enough mana to pay for commander tax, if applicable
Steps
  1. Cast Mikaeus either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus commander tax, if applicable.
  2. Mikaeus enters the battlefield and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
  3. Norn's Choirmaster and Magnanimous Magistrate trigger.
  4. Resolve the Norn's Choirmaster trigger, putting a reprieve counter on Magnanimous Magistrate.
  5. Resolve the Magnanimous Magistrate trigger, removing a reprieve counter from it and returning Mikaeus from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  6. Repeat
