Steps
  1. Cast Codex Shredder by paying 0.
  2. Teshar triggers, returning Myr Retriever from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  3. Activate Codex Shredder by tapping it, causing target player to mill one card.
  4. Activate Extruder by sacrificing Codex Shredder, putting a +1/+1 counter on any target creature.
  5. Activate Extruder by sacrificing Myr Retriever, putting a +1/+1 counter on any target creature.
  6. Myr Retriever triggers, returning Codex Shredder from your graveyard to your hand.
  7. Repeat.
