Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Karmic Guide. |
2 | When Karmic Guide dies, Syr Vondam triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and causing you to gain 1 life. |
3 | Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Junji. |
4 | When Junji dies, it and Syr Vondam trigger. |
5 | Resolve the Syr Vondam trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and causing you to gain 1 life. |
6 | Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life. |
7 | When Karmic Guide enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield. |
8 | Repeat. |
