- Karmic Guide dies, triggering Proper Burial, causing you to gain life equal to Karmic Guide's toughness.
- Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
- Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Junji.
- Junji dies, triggering itself and Proper Burial.
- Resolve the Proper Burial trigger, causing you to gain life equal to Junji's toughness.
- Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life.
- Karmic Guide enters the battlefield, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability from step 4, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
- Repeat.
