Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Shambling Ghast. |
2 | When Shambling Ghast dies, it and Enduring Renewal trigger. |
3 | Resolve the Enduring Renewal trigger, returning Shambling Ghast from your graveyard to your hand. |
4 | Resolve the Shambling Ghast trigger, creating a Treasure artifact token. |
5 | Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 1, causing target player to mill cards equal to Shambling Ghast's power. |
6 | Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding . |
7 | Cast Shambling Ghast by paying . |
