Steps

1. At the beginning of your combat phase, Helm of the Host triggers, creating a token copy of Kodama of the East Tree that isn't legendary.
2. Play Orzhov Basilica.
3. Kodama of the East Tree, the Kodama of the East Tree token, and Orzhov Basilica trigger.
4. Resolve the Kodama of the East Tree token's trigger, choosing not to put anything from your hand onto the battlefield.
5. Resolve the Orzhov Basilica trigger, returning it to your hand.
6. Resolve the Kodama of the East Tree trigger, putting Orzhov Basilica onto the battlefield.
7. The Kodama of the East Tree token and Orzhov Basilica trigger.
8. Resolve the Orzhov Basilica trigger, returning it to your hand.
9. Resolve the Kodama of the East Tree token's trigger, putting Orzhov Basilica onto the battlefield.

12. At the beginning of your combat phase, Helm of the Host triggers, creating a nonlegendary token copy of Kodama of the East Tree with haste.
13. Play Orzhov Basilica.
14. Both Kodama of the East Trees and Orzhov Basilica trigger.
15. Resolve the token Kodama of the East Tree trigger, choosing not to put anything from your hand onto the battlefield.
16. Resolve the Orzhov Basilica trigger, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
17. Resolve the nontoken Kodama of the East Tree trigger, putting Orzhov Basilica from your hand onto the battlefield.
18. The token Kodama of the East Tree and Orzhov Basilica trigger.
19. Resolve the Orzhov Basilica trigger, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
