How does this combo work?

Cast Vishgraz either from your hand or from the command zone by paying 2 plus commander tax, if applicable.

When Vishgraz enters the battlefield, it triggers twice, creating six 1/1 Phyrexian Mite artifact creature tokens.

Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Vishgraz, adding .

When Vishgraz dies, Enduring Renewal triggers, returning Vishgraz from your graveyard to your hand.

Activate Phyrexian Altar four times by sacrificing four Phyrexian Mites, adding 2.
6
Repeat.
