Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Vishgraz either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus commander tax, if applicable. |

3 | Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Vishgraz, adding . |
4 | When Vishgraz dies, Pitiless Plunderer and Enduring Renewal trigger. |
5 | Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token. |
