Steps

1. Activate Pentavus 3 times, removing 3 +1/+1 counters and creating 3 1/1 tokens.
2. Each of these tokens will enter with a vigilance counter.
3. Activate Tayam, removing the viglience counters, milling yourself 3 and reanimating a 3 mana value or less permanent.
4. Sacrifice all three 1/1s to Ashnod's Altar, generating .
5. Death's Presence triggers, putting 3 +1/+1 counters back on pentavus.
