Steps

1. Cast Deadly Grub by paying .
2. Deadly Grub enters the battlefield with three time counters and a vigilance counter on it.
3. Activate Tayam by paying and removing the three time counters from Deadly Grub.
4. Deadly Grub's vanishing ability triggers, holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Deadly Grub, adding .
5. Deadly Grub dies, triggering itself and Pitiless Plunderer.
6. Resolve the Deadly Grub trigger, creating a 6/1 Insect creature token.
7. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
8. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Insect, adding .
9. The Insect dies, triggering Pitiless Plunderer, creating a Treasure token.
10. Activate a Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
11. Resolve the Deadly Grub trigger from step 4, doing nothing since Deadly Grub is no longer on the battlefield.
12. Resolve the Tayam ability from step 3, causing you to mill three cards and return Deadly Grub from your graveyard to the battlefield.
13. Repeat from step 2.
