How does this combo work?

Activate Tayam by paying 3 and removing three counters from creatures you control.
2
Holding priority, activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Cathodion.

When Cathodion dies, it and Golgari Germination trigger.

Resolve the Cathodion trigger, adding .
5
Resolve the Golgari Germination trigger, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token that enters the battlefield with a vigilance counter due to Tayam.

Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
7
Resolve the Tayam ability from step 1, causing you to mill three cards and return Cathodion from your graveyard to the battlefield with a vigilance counter on it.
