Steps
  1. Cast Temporal Manipulation by paying 3, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
  2. Play Mystic Sanctuary.
  3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped, it triggers, putting Temporal Manipulation on top of your library from your graveyard.
  4. Activate Meticulous Excavation by paying 2, returning Mystic Sanctuary from the battlefield to your hand.
  5. Move to your next turn, drawing Temporal Manipulation during your draw step.
  6. Repeat.
