How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Time Warp by paying  , causing you to take an extra turn after this one. |
2 | Play Mystic Sanctuary. |
3 | When Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped, it triggers, putting Time Warp on top of your library from your graveyard. |
4 | Activate Meticulous Excavation by paying  , returning Mystic Sanctuary from the battlefield to your hand. |
5 | Move to your next turn, drawing Time Warp during your draw step. |
6 | Repeat. |
