Steps

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Second Chance triggers, causing you to sacrifice it and take an extra turn after this one.
2. Deal combat damage to an opponent using Brago.
3. Brago triggers, blinking Heliod.
4. Heliod enters the battlefield, returning Second Chance from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Cast Second Chance by paying .
6. Repeat each turn.
